Maintenance Supervisor - Night Shift

What You'll Be Doing • Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency • Oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues quickly • Manage maintenance staff, providing guidance and support for safe work practices • Collaborate with operations teams to improve equipment reliability and performance • Work a night shift schedule as part of plant operations What Are We Looking For • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams • Demonstrated capability in mechanical, electrical, and process troubleshooting • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and execute maintenance tasks effectively • Commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory standards • Clear communication and collaboration skills across departments • Mining maintenance experience preferred Work Environment This role operates in a mining plant work environment with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise. The position requires regular interaction with production teams and adherence to safety protocols. This is a night shift role.
