What You'll Be Doing
- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance and reduce operational costs
- Analyze production data and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and training materials
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new technologies and process automation
