What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely operate Hydro Pulper systems and material‑handling equipment.
- Monitor production processes and adjust to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Load, unload, and manage raw materials to support continuous operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support a clean, organized work area.
- Operate various pumps.
- Other duties requested by management.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate material‑handling and Hydro Pulper equipment safely and effectively.
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to wear applicable PPE in compliance with EH&S guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Capability to follow procedures and adapt to changing priorities.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
