What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze and optimize cement production processes to maximize efficiency, reduce operational costs, and minimize downtime.
- Implement process improvements that strengthen product consistency, clinker quality, and overall plant reliability.
- Work closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as energy consumption, throughput, and equipment utilization, while troubleshooting process-related issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards in all plant operations.
- Solid understanding of process engineering principles with direct experience in heavy industrial or cement manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to identify and implement innovative solutions for process optimization, energy efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across production, maintenance, and quality departments.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of using plant data to guide decisions and improve performance.
