What You'll Be Doing
- Operate batch plant equipment to produce concrete according to specifications
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material deliveries
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plant machinery
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and site personnel
- Demonstrated ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $21.27 to $42.03 per hour
