What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and assist with mobile and stationary equipment to support quarry production activities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on equipment and plant systems
- Load, move, and stockpile materials to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards
- Support team members across multiple functions to meet production and safety goals
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate heavy equipment in a quarry environment
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Effective communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
