What You'll Be Doing Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth across Aggregates and Hot Mix Asphalt product lines Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales strategies Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to support business planning and performance tracking What Are We Looking For Proven ability to build trust and influence decision-makers in a competitive sales environment Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing market conditions Familiarity with construction materials or industrial sales is a plus Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to continuous learning Work Environment This role involves a mix of field-based customer engagement, site visits, and office-based planning.
