What You'll Be Doing Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards. Provide leadership and support to team members for meeting production goals. Monitor equipment and processes to identify areas needing maintenance or improvement. Maintain accurate records and reports related to production activities. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and address operational challenges. What Are We Looking For Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in production or operational environments. Excellent communication skills to facilitate coordination and teamwork. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
