The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate initiative and be someone who has a reputation for delivering great service. This position will require a flexible schedule and you must be available to be flexible on weekends and holidays.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Prior cooking experience on multiple positions preferred-willing to train the right person
- Knowledge on most line equipment preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
- At least one year in a customer facing role is preferred
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent attendance record and the ability to multi-task are a must (we even provide a bonus structure for perfect attendance)!
- Must possess ability to work independently and with others.
