Hefty Seed Company is a progressive, rapidly growing agriculture retailer that is hiring an Office Coordinator for our team.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. An excellent Office Coordinator is an organized and competent individual with excellent computer and communication skills.
The Office Coordinator will assist our Sales team with making deposits, entering customer sales transactions, answering phones, training coordination, general customer service, keeping the office clean and other computer and office tasks.
Hours during spring season (approximately 55 hours per week) – includes Saturday hours.
Reports to: Store Manager and Regional Manager
