The helper position is responsible for manually loading the truck with their team. We focus on serving customers at the highest level and providing an exceptional customer experience.

General Accountabilities
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure job site is clean at the completion of each job.
- Organize and properly store tools / equipment after each job.
- Ensure items are being properly disposed of according to protocol.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Be able to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Be an ambassador of the Hefty Rhino Junk Removal LLC brand.
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow. Be coachable.
- Customer service skills / problem solving skills.
- Hard working with a determined mindset.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Have a valid Florida drivers license.
- Have the ability to repeatedly lift between 50-75 pounds throughout the day.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- No drugs or alcohol.
