Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Perform housekeeping management duties, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, utilizing appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Uphold safety protocols while performing custodial duties to create a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage.
- Knowledge of custodial duties, including industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for providing outstanding guest service.
