We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Erection Project Manager to join our team at Hedy Holmes Staffing Services.
About the Role:
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project schedules.
- Develop and implement project schedules and sequencing plans to optimize productivity and profitability.
- Collaborate with clients, fabricators, and other stakeholders to discuss and manage project progress.
- Analyze contract drawings and job specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve challenges and address changes, deficiencies, and punch list items.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Project/Construction Manager in the structural steel industry or 5 years as a Project Coordinator/Engineer or Assistant Project Manager along with 3 years detailing/drafting/computer modeling is preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Structural/Civil Engineering, or Business may substitute for 3 years of experience.
