Position: Customer ServicePay Rate: $22.00 /hourlyLocation: Lodi, CASchedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pmJob Description:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.Duties and Responsibilities:Take ownership of clients’ needs and work diligently to resolve customer’s technical issues, complaints and questions and provide outstanding serviceAnswer phones professionally and respond promptly to various inquiries and orders with care and urgency, using provided resourcesHandle customer service situations and challenging calls with confident knowledge and patience, ensuring customers’ needs are met and they are satisfied with the level of service providedAccurately and efficiently process information and complete tasks in a timely mannerConsistently demonstrate the company’s core values, purpose and vision to the customer to ensure they know that we appreciate their business and value their timeEffectively use skills to be aware of any special requirements that a customer may have regarding communication, and be sensitive to those needs while providing superior and prompt supportBe an excellent and professional liaison for the company and our client to the customerCommunicate effectively, positively and respectfully with customers, clients and co-workers at all times and in all mattersCollaborate with dispatch and supervisor to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customersCultivate strong relationships with customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changesMonitor email for customer orders, issues and/or inquiriesMaintain a high level of punctuality with consistent, reliable, and predictable attendance, which is essential to the roleWork collaboratively with other employees within organizationProvide status updates on loads to customers as requestedSend BOL, weight tags and etc. to customers as requestedInvestigate and provide feedback on irregularitiesMaintain and protect company and client information and use strict confidentiality at all times; andPerform other duties as assignedDemonstrate ability to work professionally, collaboratively, and effectively with others.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plusProven experience in a customer service role or similar positionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyCompany DescriptionAfter 44 years of service and multiple locations throughout the Central Valley, Hedy Holmes Staffing Services has established itself as an innovative staffing agency that puts a premium on matching top talent with top employers.
