Position: Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 /hourly
Location: Lodi, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to support the department and maintain efficient workflow.
The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the customer service department
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operations, inventory, and order processes
- Handle routine and complex customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Utilize internal systems to track and manage customer interactions and requests
- Support department workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative office experience, preferably in a distribution or inventory environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage tasks and follow projects through to completion
