Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency.
• Conduct floor care tasks including polishing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance.
• Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas.
• Manage janitorial responsibilities such as replenishing supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while respecting their privacy and property.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, custodial work or hotel housekeeping management.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners and other janitorial equipment safely.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Basic cooking skills are a plus for roles involving household assistance or hospitality environments.
• Familiarity with safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment handling.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
