Licensed Home Care Agency in Beacon NY,  is looking for PT Evening and weekends UAS Certified RN to complete admissions, UAS assessments and plan of cares for home care residents in the assisted living facility. Salary competitive and based on experience.

 

Job Requirements:

 

License as Registered Nurse in New York

 

Clinical experience in home care or an assisted living setting

 

Strong supervision and clinical assessment skills

 

Excellent nursing judgment and decision making skills

 

UAS  experience preferred
