Hectare’s is seeking energetic, personable Brand Ambassadors to lead engaging consumer tastings, primarily in liquor and package stores, with additional opportunities across select on-premise and event settings. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, telling a brand story, and creating memorable tasting experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Host engaging product tastings at liquor/package stores and other approved venues including grocery stores, bars, restaurants, festivals, sporting events, convenience stores, gas stations, and trade shows.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a genuine passion for the Hectare’s brand and products.
- Bring prior sales, promotional, hospitality, or brand ambassador experience.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be reliable, punctual, and professional in all interactions.
- Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, with availability for evenings and weekends.
- Hold all required certifications to serve and sample beverages needed in your state
Additional Details
- Tasting events typically last 3 hours, with the possibility of multiple events in a day or evening.
- Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays are the highest-demand days.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Confidently showcase Hectare’s brand values, product features, and flavor profiles.
- Merchandise the store with shelf talkers, price signs and report in recap accomplishments
- Establish relationship with store management to help drive volume in stores
- Distribute product samples and promotional materials to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty.
- Actively engage consumers by answering questions, offering recommendations, and guiding them through a positive tasting experience.
- Represent Hectare’s with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
