We are looking for someone who can be professional, friendly, and confident without being pushy. The right candidate is comfortable speaking with strangers, handles rejection well, stays consistent day after day, and is motivated by both hourly pay and performance bonuses.
What success looks like
Success in this role means consistently making a couple over one hundred dials per day and scheduling a minimum of two new introductory meetings per day.
Bonus compensation is tied to meetings that are properly set, leading to meetings that are kept by the prospect.
Compensation
This role pays $20 per hour, plus performance bonuses:
- $25 for each meeting that is kept
Schedule and work arrangement
This role will be in our office in Westborough during the summer, with the opportunity to continue working either in-person or remotely during the school year on a part-time basis around your class schedule. Our summer ideal hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Who should apply
We are open to candidates with no prior experience, if they are coachable, reliable, articulate, and comfortable with cold calling. Students majoring in finance or with an interest in financial services are especially encouraged to apply. Prior experience in sales, fundraising, customer outreach, recruiting, or phone-based work is helpful, but not required. We also love working with current or former athletes.
