POSITION SUMMARY
Ensuring accounts payable and receivables are processed in an accurate and timely manner while adhering to departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the overall accounting related functions for the Accounting Department of HK.
Essential Functions:
- Able to perform all Accounts Receivable or Payable functions
- Review of financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
- Prepare and file tax returns
- Enter accounting related information into business logs
- Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy
- Organize and update financial records
- Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue
- Perform monthly bank settlements
- Preparing documentation for external auditors
- Assist with yearly inventory and any other duties as assigned.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prior SAP experience or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Must be detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in accounting
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Degree preferred.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
