Qualifications
Teachers will oversee a full-load of five (5) sections of classes, leaving two (2) additional planning periods during a normal day. Teachers will also be required to obtain and maintain ACSI teacher certification for their field of instruction - the school will cover the cost of registration and assist with the process, but ultimately certification is the responsibility of the teacher. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in specific field of instruction or related field.
- Experience in upper school education.
- Acknowledges Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
- Commits to faithful active service in a local orthodox, evangelical church and personal prayer and Bible study.

Teachers will also be required to obtain and maintain ACSI teacher certification for their field of instruction - the school will cover the cost of registration and assist with the process, but ultimately certification is the responsibility of the teacher. Classroom instruction involves, but is not limited to:
- Providing students with a syllabi to start the year.
- Posting weekly lesson plans by 8:00pm each Saturday evening.
- Entering quizzes and assessments on the testing calendar.
- Grading and returning assignments in a timely manner - within 2 to 3 days for homework, within a week for tests, and within 2 weeks for larger assignments.
- Updating curriculum maps on a monthly basis.
- Morning or afternoon carline duty one day per week.
- Lunch cleanup oversight one day per week.
- Attending all Late Start Wednesday meetings.
- Athletic gate duty once per year.
- Assist with the Admissions Open House twice per year on a weekend.
- Lead a six (6) week cohort during lunch.
- Teach a J-term course (HS) or help facilitate Winter JAM (MS) in early January.
- Assist in other areas as needed.
