Hebron Brick, located in Hebron, North Dakota, is seeking a Packaging Foreman.
We are looking for a motivated individual with strong communication and team-building skills to lead our packaging department.
Responsibilities of the Packaging Foreman include:
- Supervising the packaging department
- Performing daily schedules and allocating work
- Coordinating daily activities
- Training employees on correct brick stacking procedures
- Performing quality checks on bricks
- Observing production runs from the kiln and noting quality on the QC sheet
- Monitoring daily production of the monorail and carousel to achieve daily goals
- Informing maintenance of needed repairs in your areas
- Coordinating with the office manager on blending jobs
- Operating equipment when needed (during breaks and extended hours)
- Monitoring the yard (keeping it clean and organized)
- Ordering parts as needed
- Performing monthly inventory of supplies
- Complying with health and safety regulations and practices on site
- Establishing strategies to meet workload demands
- Disciplining employees as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements for the Packaging Foreman include:
