'Partner-owned' means our most important resources--People--drive the innovation, growth, and success that make H-E-B The Greatest Omnichannel Retailing Company.Do you have a: HEART FOR PEOPLE... commitment to work hard to make sure People come first?HEAD FOR BUSINESS... strong customer service skills and a desire to serve?PASSION FOR RESULTS... willingness to go above and beyond to help your Customers and your work Team?We are looking for:- experience in H-E-B Stores, or in a clerical environment- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping focused on the CustomerWhat is the work?Administration:- Audits payroll reports to ensure hours are listed properly; emails Partner hours to Payroll each week; monitors XPTR reports, compares hours paid with those sent to Payroll- Processes Partner profile changes and new hire information on HR / payroll systems- Maintains current, accurate filing system of Partners- Coordinates / tracks Store hiring needs and interviews; processes new hires; schedules training, Store orientations, and exit interviews; tracks turnover results- Sorts incoming bills; distributes accounts receivable as appropriate; processes / files Store-related bills- Reads / routes incoming mail- Maintains proper inventory of Store and office supplies- Calls service companies to schedule repairs to maintain safe, efficient Store operations- Coordinates meetings, training sessions, and special projects / activities; plans / executes Partner events and recognition programs- Supports management in administrative tasks (e.g., pulls / prints necessary performance appraisal data)- Composes / types written correspondence- Provides Partners with information about benefits, H-E-B policies and procedures, job postings, and Credit Union membershipWhat is your background?- Experience in H-E-B Stores and / or in a clerical role- Completion of Risk Management Training and Benefits TrainingDo you have what it takes to be a fit as an H-E-B Administrative Assistant I?- Working knowledge of H-E-B guidelines, procedures, and Benefits- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills- Strong verbal / written communication skills- Time-management and organization skills- PC skills, including MS Office and H-E-B systems- Ability to handle confidential / sensitive information- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks- Ability to accept / adapt to changeCan you...- Work in a fast-paced, demanding environment that requires detailed, precision workReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.11-2012
