Heavy Load Hauling is a junk removal, demolition, and excavation company based in Red Lion, PA. Since 2022, we've grown to multiple crews and we're still growing fast. We're building a team of skilled, cross-trained technicians who take pride in their work.

About the role
We're hiring 4 full-time technicians who can handle a job from start to finish. Every person on our team is cross-trained. That means you won't just be lifting and loading. You'll drive the truck, walk the job with the customer, give the estimate, close the sale, do the work, collect payment, and mark the job complete in our system. If you like working with your hands and you're comfortable talking to people, this is the job.

What you'll do

• Drive the company truck to residential and commercial jobs
• Walk through jobs with customers and give accurate on-site estimates
• Explain pricing, answer questions, and close the sale
• Perform junk removal, cleanouts, and light-to-heavy demolition
• Load trucks and trailers efficiently and safely
• Collect payment on-site
• Use our job management app (GoHighLevel) on your phone to message customers, communicate with our office scheduling team, write up estimates, and mark jobs complete
• Represent the company professionally and leave every job site clean

Schedule

• Full-time, [Monday–Friday], with Saturdays as needed
• Typical day starts at [7:00am]
• Expect [30–50] hours per week

Pay & earnings

• $20–$30/hr starting pay based on experience
• Overtime paid at 1.5x for all hours over 40
• Daily tips from customers based on the experience you give them. Great service means more money in your pocket
• Pay increases for trailer, heavy equipment, and sales skills

Requirements

• Hands-on work experience (junk removal, demo, construction, moving, landscaping, or similar trades)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be approved to drive on our company insurance (you'll complete a short driver approval form as part of the hiring process)
• Must have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card (we'll point you to where to get one)
• Comfortable talking with customers, explaining prices, and handling objections
• Must have your own smartphone with a data plan (our job app is free to download and easy to learn)
• Must have your own steel toe or composite toe work boots
• Able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation to Red Lion, PA
• 18

Big bonus if you have

• Experience towing a loaded trailer
• Heavy equipment experience (skid steer, mini excavator, excavator)
• Sales or customer-facing experience (retail, service, in-home sales, etc.)
• CDL
