Senior Estimator
📍 Livermore, CA, United States (On-site)
Join a leading heavy civil contractor with 50 years of success serving California's infrastructure markets. This position is offered in Livermore, CA.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Heavy Civil Estimator to support infrastructure projects, including sewer systems, water pipelines, storm drains, pump stations, water tanks, water treatment plants, and wastewater treatment plants.

- $160,000 - $200,000 DOE

What You'll Do
- Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects, including sewer, water, storm drain systems, and treatment plants.
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to review cost projections and ensure that estimates align with project objectives.
- Conduct site investigations and field coordination necessary for accurate and timely cost estimates
- Bid submission, budget preparation and project risk analysis.
What We're Looking For
- 10 years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction
- Background in water, sewer, storm drain, and underground utility projects
- Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
