With tens of thousands of clients, Heavy Hammer has been on the forefront of software and online advertising since its inception. This is accomplished by creating cross-platform ad solutions that improve business for our clients and consumers using satellite navigation, social networking, lead generation, video, and mobile advertising.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and being an expert at live transfer and self-generated sales. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
- Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
- Take Live Transfers (up to 10 daily) to pitch our product
- Manage the sales team (5-15 reps) by: live listening, training zooms, roleplaying, etc.
- Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
- Learning our sales tools: CRM, Call Tracking Metrics, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years' of sales experience (phone sales preferred)
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
- Phone Sales experience
- Team leadership/ management experience
- Previous remote work experience
- Equipment ( 16GB of RAM, desktop, headset, being hardwired in)
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
