Position Overview
*This role is Hybrid, and will require some onsite availability*
*MD/VA/DC location preferred*
As the General Sales Manager at Heavy Hammer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our sales and business development teams. The General Sales Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Sales department and mobilizing/ driving teams to achieve set goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Leading from the front and making selling a part of your daily routine
. Maintaining a pipeline and taking live transfers
. Managing a team of 5-10 sales representatives
· Executing daily reports/ metrics on sales and development
· Reporting to the VP and CEO on daily activities
· Contributes to the development of business plans and implements changes
· Leading operating procedures
· Establish & maintain performance standards
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/ projects
- Proven ability to close sales
- Motivational/ team focused
- Planning & holding daily and weekly meetings with teams/managers
- 5 years of managing a team within online advertising
- Online Advertising experience
- CRM experience, VOIP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
