Job description
The Service Technician plays a crucial role in our service operations, ensuring that all equipment is serviced, and preventative maintenance is done within company standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of small engines and mechanical assemblies, a keen eye for problem solving, time management and good communication skills. Required to have your own tools and toolbox.
Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform the diagnosis and repair of Kubota and other agriculture, lawn and turf equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Perform general services such as but not limited to oil changes, grease jobs, brakes and suspensions, valves, gasket, and hose repairs, tires, and air leaks.
- Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and services.
- Liaise with Operations Manager and Parts Manager to order parts for engine and equipment repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations and government guidelines.
- Keep track of assigned repairs by logging in and out of the Shop workorder system.
- Attend service training classes to stay up to date on new products and refresh your knowledge on less encountered ones.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Education
- Demonstrated Forklift experience
- Strong knowledge of Diesel engines and their parts.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, be insurable by the company, and can operate a company vehicle in accordance with all state and federal laws, company policies, and guidelines.
