Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detailed oriented, and reliable General Construction Worker to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building, repairing, and maintaining various structures across industrial and commercial sites. Duties
- Assist with bathroom and home remodeling projects from start to finish
- Perform demolition and safely remove existing materials
- Assist with framing, drywall, insulation, and basic carpentry
- Install flooring, including laminate, vinyl plank, tile, and other flooring materials
- Assist with bathroom renovations, including installation of vanities, trim, fixtures, and other materials
- Help build and assemble sheds and other small structures
- Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately
- Assist with painting, trim work, baseboards, doors, and finish carpentry
- Load, unload, transport, and organize tools and materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout each project
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Follow project plans, instructions, and safety procedures
- Assist with job-site preparation and cleanup
- Work alongside the owner and other contractors as needed
- Learn and develop skills in various areas of residential construction and remodeling
