What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (Scrub Tech) for a part-time position (15–30 hours per week). Experienced techs and ambitious New Graduates are both welcome to apply!
Pay: Starting pay is $30/hr, and pay increases are based on experience and performance

Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms, set up, and maintain sterile fields and surgical instrumentation.
- Assist Dr. Nguyen and the surgical team during intraoperative care by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies with high precision.
- Strictly monitor and enforce aseptic techniques to ensure maximum patient safety and prevent infection.
- Maintain surgical instruments, sterilize equipment, and oversee proper biohazardous waste disposal.
- Collaborate seamlessly with nurses, surgeons, and administrative staff to ensure efficient OR turnover and flow.
- Keep accurate records of equipment usage and surgical procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through an accredited body (e.g., NBSTSA or NCCT) preferred or in progress.
- Experience: Open to both Experienced Techs and New Graduates with strong clinical foundation and a drive to learn.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of surgical procedures, sterile technique, and instrument care.
- Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork, active communication, attention to detail, and emotional maturity under stress.
