Duties
- Provide a variety of massage therapies including deep tissue massage, hot stone, lymphatic drainage and relaxation techniques tailored to each client’s needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment and identify areas of tension or discomfort
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and spa protocols
- Collaborate with other spa professionals to optimize clients' experience and ensure smooth transition between various spa services;
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a spa environments or similar settings with a focus on wellness services
- Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Hands-on experience performing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced modalities
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assess customers needs empathetically and professionally
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for practicing massage therapy
