Janitor/CleanerPosition Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout our commercial facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, common areas, and other facility spaces using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
- Complete routine floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining overall cleanliness and appearance standards.
- Carry out custodial duties such as waste removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces.
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas and address cleaning needs proactively.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain compliance with company cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
