The Home Health Aide will support clients in their homes with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance. Responsibilities include providing safe personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with feeding as needed. The role also involves offering companionship, engaging clients in conversation or simple activities, and providing transportation support to appointments or errands when required. The Home Health Aide will observe and report changes in clients’ conditions, follow care plans and safety protocols, and collaborate with supervisors and families to ensure clients are treated with dignity and respect.

Qualifications
- Experience in Home Care and in-home support, with a commitment to client safety and comfort.
- Skills in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
- Strong Patient Care and Personal Care abilities, including empathetic, respectful, and discreet support.
- Effective Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with clients, families, and care team members.
- Previous experience as a home health aide, caregiver, or similar role preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, transferring, and extended periods of standing or walking.
- Reliable transportation, punctuality, and the ability to work a consistent full-time schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CNA, HHA) are a plus but not required in all cases.
