Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee food preparation processes while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Handle cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain time management strategies to optimize schedules and workflow during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
