Qualifications:
- CDA Certification preferred
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- OR equivalent hands-on childcare/classroom experience
- Passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Must be dependable, patient, and energetic Ideal
