- Training & Team Phase: You will start at $20 per hour (starting wage depends on experience) working alongside our experienced technicians, learning our specialized processes step-by-step.
- Independent Commission Phase: Once you are fully proficient and running routes solo, you will transition to a high-percentage commission structure.
- Earning Potential: Commission pay scales directly with your daily sales volume, typically averaging an equivalent of $25 to $35 per hour plus tips! Potential for daily customer tips and performance bonus tips for 5-star online reviews!
Schedule
This is a permanent, full-time position working standard daytime business hours. Because we are currently experiencing high demand on weekends, extra earning potential is available on Saturdays. To give you a great work-life balance, we offer a stable Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday schedule so you can still enjoy a consistent two-day weekend.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Cleaning Services: Perform expert carpet, upholstery, wood floor, and tile and grout cleaning using specialized extractors and equipment.
- In-Home Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly communicating job expectations, providing clear pricing and schedule updates using our CRM and other apps, and answering client questions while providing an excellent service experience.
- Vehicle & Equipment Care: Safely drive the company-provided van to daily appointments, keeping both the van and cleaning equipment organized and in excellent condition.
- Safety: Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and our clients.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience working inside customers' homes—such as in residential cleaning, pest control, satellite/cable installation, HVAC, or plumbing residential service—is highly preferred. While prior floor care experience with a floor buffer is helpful, your ability to provide professional, trustworthy in-home service is what matters most.
Because you will operate a company vehicle, a clean driving record is essential for insurance purposes. Applicants must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment in and out of the van and carrying it up and down stairs. You will need reliable transportation to the van parking site each day, though there is an opportunity to take the work van home if the situation is a good fit.
