AT&T Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic AT&T Assistant to help customers discover the best AT&T wireless and technology solutions for their everyday communication needs. As an AT&T Assistant, you'll engage directly with customers, educate them on available products and services, and provide personalized recommendations that create value while supporting sales growth.

AT&T Assistant Responsibilities

• Meet with residential customers to introduce AT&T products and bundled services.
• Deliver engaging product presentations that clearly explain features, benefits, and available promotions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized AT&T products and services.
• Build lasting customer relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions and exceptional customer service.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Monitor personal sales performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other AT&T Assistants to share sales strategies, product knowledge, and best practices.
• Stay informed about AT&T products, wireless technology, Internet services, and current promotions.
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and completed sales activities.

AT&T Assistant Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, marketing, telecommunications, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
• Prior experience selling AT&T products, as an AT&T Assistant, or working in wireless sales is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident presenting products and recommending solutions based on customer needs.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve performance targets.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Adaptable and able to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required, as paid training is provided.
