The Senior Master Data Analyst is a significant contributor to the execution and leadership of the Master Data vision at Heaven Hill. Responsibilities include working with Heaven Hill Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Procurement, and New Business Development teams, as well as our customer’s Master Data teams, to ensure highly accurate, consistent, and scalable ERP Master Data is created and/or maintained. This position must understand thoroughly all the ERP Master Data elements including Parts/Products, Structures (BOMs), Routings, Customers, Suppliers, 3 rd party customer part portals, 3 rd party supplier on-boarding software, and/or other significant Reference master data metadata (aka; basic data).

How You Will Spend Your Time?
- Utilize ERP system to administer and manage all necessary changes/updates to assigned master data elements.
- Manage the administration of the business processes required to initiate and maintain Master Data elements.
- Lead development of business processes that ensure the consistency, integrity, scalability, and efficiency of Master Data management. This involves multi-functional business process review and documentation.
- Coordinate with the business to ensure that Master Data elements meet the global needs of the organization.
- Manage and communicate status of desired Master Data work and ensure that functional input is realized.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in accordance with established business rules.
- Audit Master Data for accuracy.
- Assist the business by leading the Master Data portion of the product lifecycle process including coordination and communications with multiple functions as decisions are made and making appropriate status record updates in the ERP.
- Work with the business and help lead efforts to monitor and update business processes (Continuous Improvement) related to Master Data.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline or at least 10-years of related work experience.
- Minimum five (5) years’ work-related experience in performing data analysis, database management and/or process improvement.
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of ERP systems in a Manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and relational databases.
- Highly analytical, assertive, and ability to prioritize with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and effective time management skills.
- Collaborative work style; strong desire to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of inventory, customers, suppliers, and production processes. Understand upstream and downstream impact of Master Data.
- Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Adjust actions in relation to others' actions.
- Ability to prioritize Master Data setup in manner that maximizes overall company customer service.
- Prior experience in the distilled spirits or beverage industry
- Prior experience with IFS ERP
