HVAC Lead Installer Responsibilities
- Oversee a project from start to finish. Ensure that it meets Heatwaves' high quality standards, while meeting manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Installation of residential heating, air conditioning, ventilation, hydronic, in-door air quality and duct systems
- Manage and mentor newer team members.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding the installation and project expectation
- Assist with training to maintain high quality work and timely job performance
- Provide superior customer service
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
- Complete required paperwork, job documentation and material tracking
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years lead installer experience in HVAC field required
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA certification required
- Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of duct systems
- Ability to train and supervise others
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional safety knowledge of tools and testing devices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds

Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 – 48.0 per week
