POSITION SUMMARY
This Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary resource for all customers in the semiconductor industry. This person is the voice of the customer. They are responsible for creating a positive customer experience in all day-to-day contact with many different engagements. Additionally, this person is responsible for entering purchase orders and coordinating daily shipments with the shipping department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The CSR will receive, enter and acknowledge customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
The CSR will be the in-house expert in navigating associated customer web portals and retrieving important data contained therein.
The CSR will coordinate the daily shipment schedule with the shipping department ensuring that orders are shipped as the customers require.
Coordinate with the engineering department to ensure new products (prototypes) are scheduled and shipped according to the customer’s schedule
The CSR will be the primary contact for all expedite requests and personally engage with production and shipping on potential schedule improvements.
The CSR will be involved in all strategic customer facing discussions which include, but not limited to the review of contracts, end-of-life/obsolescence issues and price adjustments.
The ideal candidate will be able to review forecast data and price history data and create actional plans.

Education
Entry level applicants with a college degree in business, communication, marketing or other equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.
Other qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Attention to detail and disciplined follow up.
Work in a windows environment and knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required.
Skills in presentation both internally and externally.
Ability to manage projects and resources involved.
There may be an occasional travel requirement.
While the need for occasional remote work may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, this is 100% onsite in Leavenworth, KS headquarters location with work hours 8AM to 5PM and a 1-hour lunch break.
The ability to walk upstairs and throughout the factory as needed.
