Duties
- Perform precise wheel alignments on a variety of vehicles, including standard passenger cars and heavy-duty trucks.
- Use automotive diagnostic tools to identify alignment issues related to suspension, steering, and drivetrain components.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicle systems such as powertrain, and mechanical components to diagnose underlying problems affecting alignment.
- Repair or replace components such as tie rods, control arms, ball joints, and suspension parts to restore proper alignment angles.
- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and mechanical repair techniques to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards related to heavy lifting, manual handling, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
Experience
- Proven dealership experience or automotive service background with a focus on wheel alignment and suspension systems.
- Familiarity with, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and automotive diagnostics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
