Heating, Cooling & Electric Solutions is hiring an experienced full-time HVAC Technician / Installer to join our growing team.
We are looking for a skilled, reliable technician who can diagnose, repair, service, and install HVAC systems throughout Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, Staten Island, and surrounding NYC service areas.
Position Details

- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime: Available as needed
- Pay: $30–$70 per hour, depending on skill level and experience
- Commission: Install commissions may be available based on skill level and job type
- Work Location: On the road

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a full-time HVAC technician who can work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and complete service and installation work correctly.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with heating, cooling, boilers, water heaters, ventilation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and installs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Install heating, cooling, boiler, water heater, and ventilation equipment
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide clear repair recommendations
- Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service work
- Complete HVAC installation work safely and professionally
- Maintain clean, organized, and accurate service records
- Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after jobs
- Follow NYC safety, building, and job-site requirements
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle in professional condition
- Represent the company with reliability, professionalism, and strong workmanship
Requirements
- 7 years of hands-on HVAC experience preferred
- Strong experience with heating, cooling, boilers, water heaters, and ventilation
- Must have own HVAC tools
- Must have a reliable work vehicle
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to commute to Queens and service jobs across NYC
- Must live in or near one of the five boroughs of New York City
- EPA Type II certification required
- English required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Available for overtime when needed

Compensation
Pay ranges from $30 to $70 per hour depending on skill level, experience, reliability, and ability to complete service and installation work independently.
