Job Responsibilities:
- Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machinery to meet production goals.
- Assemble parts to produce high-quality HVAC products.
- Use measuring tools (e.g., tape measure) to verify product specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections, reporting defects or inconsistencies.
- Adjust machinery settings as needed for optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Frequent handling of fiberglass insulation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience with hands on product fabrication, including material processing and finishing required.
- Ability to read blueprints and operate precision measuring instruments is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Must be safety and quality-conscious.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Shift Details:
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
