Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machinery to meet production goals.
• Assemble parts to produce high-quality HVAC products.
• Use measuring tools (e.g., tape measure) to verify product specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections, reporting defects or inconsistencies.
• Adjust machinery settings as needed for optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Frequent handling of fiberglass insulation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with hands on product fabrication, including material processing and finishing required.
• Ability to read blueprints and operate precision measuring instruments is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Must be safety and quality-conscious.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Shift Details:

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
