Job Overview
Heating & Cooling NW is a small, family-owned business in Washington State that is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person eager to learn in this fast-paced industry. We perform work for both residential and commercial customers. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for working with the field team on all jobsites, according to the scope of work given. That scope can include installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems. This position requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work quickly and meticulously.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload work vehicles with all necessary tools and equipment
- Update company job platform with all project information daily
- Complete all assigned work in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Basic Tool knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Stamina to keep up with heavy workload
- Knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry
