Salary: $125,000 - $130,000 per annum (Commensurate with Experience)

We are headhunting a high-authority Senior Electrical Engineer to serve as the Logos—the technical precision, engineering IQ, and driving force—behind complex, high-value public and private sector developments.

Operating as a critical client-facing liaison, you will oversee full-cycle project controls, virtual intelligence, and technical execution for major construction, design/build, and facilities management initiatives exceeding $1M in value. You will reject passivity, actively mitigate risk, and enforce absolute compliance across sophisticated critical facility systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Enforce Absolute Project Controls

• Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Interface directly with high-profile clients, federal authorities, and external partners to define rigorous project requirements and bridge technical communication gaps.
• Design & Document Control: Coordinate directly with architects and engineers to construct bulletproof design and construction documents. Review advanced submittals, cost estimates, and programmatic project updates.
• Acquisition Planning & Administration: Support Contracting Officers and CORs with acquisition planning, technical evaluations, and contract administration. Author highly technical Statements of Work (SOWs), conduct rigorous market research, and map out sole-source justifications.
• Onsite Operational Command: Audit on-site processes, engineering systems, and safety procedures to verify total alignment with construction drawings, strict security guidelines, and jurisdictional codes.
• Schedule & Risk Optimization: Masterfully interpret contract terms, align project work plans with deadlines, and utilize Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling to forecast and mitigate project risk.
• Virtual Intelligence Mastery: Drive project clarity by navigating, monitoring, and updating critical project workflows within advanced virtual design and construction (VDC) environments.

Qualifications: Technical Precision & Project Controls Expertise

REQUIRED:

• 6 years of dedicated Electrical Engineering experience directly embedded within complex construction projects.
• Scale Exposure: Proven track record executing capital projects larger than $1M in value.
• Academic Foundation: BA or BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a highly related technical field.
• Project Controls Fluent: Exceptionally fluent in standard project management principles, drawing interpretations, and specifications analysis.
• VDC & Industry Software Engine: Elite technical proficiency with industry-standard software packages including the latest versions of Primavera (P6), Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and Prolog.
• Regulatory Agility: Ability to immediately master and navigate the strict requirements of local state, federal, and cross-jurisdictional construction codes.

PREFERRED:

• Direct experience commanding occupied building renovations and high-security federal or complex commercial projects.
• Demonstrated squad leadership capabilities with an aggressive, outcome-oriented approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
