Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimise project expenses.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate cost control.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and provide financial oversight throughout project lifecycle.
- Analyse project risks and implement cost control strategies to mitigate financial impact.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in the construction industry, either with a contractor or consultancy.
- Strong proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with project teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in cost management software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
