Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day service needs of our clients, including policy support, billing inquiries, and account changes. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to support sales through cross-selling and service-based recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy servicing, including changes, updates, and coverage questions
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Provide support with claims questions and basic guidance
- Review policies and proactively identify coverage gaps or opportunities
- Support the sales team through cross-selling and service-to-sales referrals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
- Deliver a high level of customer service and responsiveness across phone, email, and in-office interactions
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Prior experience in an insurance agency or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of service requests
