What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Groundskeeper position at Heather Ridge Apartments?
We are looking for a full-time Groundskeeper.
Candidate will maintain all public and common areas of a 358 unit apartment community, specifically, removal of all trash and litter, sweeping sidewalks and pathways, basic gardening and weeding, and wiping down and cleaning of any windows or common furniture.
Candidate will spend 60 to 70 percent of their time performing the above duties. Position requires the ability to transport 50 pounds variable distances; the mobility and flexibility to walk, bend, kneel, and reach to perform above duties as stated; the ability to work outdoors on a consistent basis in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees or falling below 32 degrees.

Job duties also include but are not limited to:
Assisting maintenance supervisor with maintaining the physical condition of the property according to company operating and safety standards and ensuring that service requires and repairs are performed correctly and in a timely manner.
Snow removal, pool maintenance, and completing assigned service requests correctly and in a timely manner while maintaining excellent customer service.
Use of general maintenance equipment will include, but may not be limited to:
Pressure washers, blowers, ladders, landscaping equipment and required safety equipment.
Please note you will be required to have reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
