What You’ll Do
• Help customers with their auto insurance needs
• Provide quotes and explain coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance and financial service needs
• Handle customer questions, policy changes, and day-to-day service needs
• Work collaboratively with our team to create an outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Confident and comfortable talking with people
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Someone who is motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
• Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
