RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct customer-focused, needs-based conversations to uncover opportunities
- Develop leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and follow-ups
- Schedule appointments and proactively pursue new business
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products
- Work closely with the agent to establish and achieve marketing and sales goals
- Meet or exceed monthly production targets
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred
- Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable initiating sales conversations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
