Summary: This position is responsible for providing and coordinating the care of residents according to each resident’s assessment and service plan.

Must be 18 years or older, and MUST have a United States High School Diploma or GED certificate, or be active on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide (CNA) Registry
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
- Provides personal care services such as bathing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, etc. for residents according to the resident’s assessment and service plan.
- Assists residents with housekeeping and laundry services.
- Accompanies residents on outings to medical appointments
- Assists residents with activities
- Demonstrates awareness of and sensitivity to the needs of residents and their families
Education and/or Experience:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- MUST have a United States High School Diploma or GED certificate, or be active on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide (CNA) Registry
- Must have a valid and current C.N.A. certificate and registration or complete online caregiving training after hire
- Must have a valid and current Medication Administration Certificate (If applying for Med Tech)
- Must have valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Must complete annual training as required by current regulations
- Must have excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be flexible and a team worker
